Postage Delays

Our outdoor beanbags are made in Bali, and then shipped direct to us before we repack our orders and send them onto their new homes.

Our delivery times from Bali to Perth have increased a little and are now taking up to 2 weeks to receive our beanbags once our manufacturer has posted them to us. Most states have been receiving their beanbags in 4-5 weeks from their order date (except QLD which has been taking up to 6 weeks). Unfortunately, we are now coming into the busy online shopping period, and I am not able to guarantee any delivery timeframes once they have lodged with Australia Post.

Here is what I am doing to ensure I have done everything I can do to get you your orders as soon as I can;

1. Ordering beanbags with my manufacturer as soon as the order comes in.
2. Following up with my manufacturer every 2 days to check when the whole order will be ready to post.
3. Paying for the order and postage in the same day that my manufacturer gives me the total to pay.
4. Follow up with my manufacturer to ensure he has posted the order to me, and request a copy of the tracking number.
5. On receipt of my beanbag order, I will unpack and pack & post orders within 2 business days.

For beanbag orders that are ready to post (in stock), I pack and post these within 2 business days.

** There may be times that I am away from Perth and unable to pack and post within the above time frames. In this case, we will let you know the best we can before you purchase, by way of a banner across our website / pop-up box.

We are working the best we can within the parameters of the current postage delays, as are most businesses across Australia and the world. We hope you can understand that these delays are out of our hands.
