Refund, Replacements and Returns Policy


Colours may be slightly different from our online shop due to colour differences in computer monitors / phone display and there are also slight colour changes during the fabric manufacturing process.

Replacement warranty for any manufacturing issues is limited to within 7 days of the customer receiving the product, either by direct collection/delivery or from receiving the order via the post. 

Whilst we do our best to check the quality of the items before selling / posting, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the seams and openings for damage prior to filling with beans and using the product.

If the item has been used (including filled with beans) or washed, Outdoor Beanbags is not liable for replacement or refunds UNLESS contact has been made with Outdoor Beanbags, pictures of the damage has been provided (or the item has been made available for inspection) and Outdoor Beanbags has agreed to replace or repair the product. It is the sole discretion of Outdoor Beanbags as to whether any damage is deemed warrantable, and if so, whether the item is to be repaired or replaced with a new product. Outdoor Beanbags can not be held responsible for customer misuse, damage or neglect.

The cost of returning the beanbag back to Outdoor Beanbags will be the customer’s responsibility, unless Outdoor Beanbags has already agreed to cover the return postage amount. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original payment method. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund into your account, please remember that refunds can take up to a week to show up in your account. If it is taking longer, please contact your bank.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@outdoorbeanbags.com.au with photos of the damage. All returns must be sent to Outdoor Beanbags, PO Box 2336, Clarkson WA 6030. 


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If the item is not in stock, it will need to be special ordered from our manufacturer, in which case it make take up to 8 weeks for a replacement to arrive.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
