    1. Warranty:

1.1 Warranty Period: We provide a warranty on our beanbag covers for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you encounter any defects during this warranty period, please contact us at sales@outdoorbeanbags.com.au to initiate the warranty claim process.

1.2 Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the beanbag covers. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or non-compliance with our care instructions.

    1. Refunds:

2.1 Change of Mind Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and customers may request a return due to a change of mind. If you decide to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss your request.

2.2 Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a change of mind return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

    • The item must not have been opened or filled with beans.

    • You must obtain approval from us before returning the item.

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

    • There is a $20 re-stocking fee per order that will be deducted from any refunds for change of mind returns.

2.3 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a change of mind return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued in AUD, the currency of our website, and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, less our re-stocking fee.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4.1 Payment Options: We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, and Afterpay on our website. All payments must be made in full before we place any orders with our manufacturer, or post any in-stock products ordered. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options at our discretion.

4.2 Custom Orders: For custom orders, such as beanbags with custom dimensions or branded designs, please note that there are no change of mind refunds available. Once the custom order is confirmed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the agreed specifications.
