Thank you for your payment and supporting a small business!

Your transaction has been completed and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. Sometimes our emails get stuck in your spam or junk folder, so please check those folders if you don’t receive a confirmation email from us.

We order with our manufacturer as soon as we receive our confirmation of your purchase (for custom made beanbags). Please allow up to a week in manufacturing, up to two weeks to post to me, and then another week (or two) for Australia Post to deliver to you.

Please remember that there is a four to five week turnaround from placing your order to receiving your order. Should there be any delays in the process we will send you an email notification. For any other enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
